Apple has managed to gain a special place in the hearts of the people who use its devices, but now Samsung is experimenting with a new initiative that could win a place in consumers’ stomachs.
Samsung is launching the initiative Secret Menu, where customers can order special foods not listed in certain UK restaurants, available and visible only to users of Samsung devices.
The website dedicated to the initiative in the UK explains how Bill’s, The Breakfast Club, Patty & Bun is Pizza Pilgrims have secretly created some exciting dishes that only Samsung owners can access.
To get your teeth on the special plates reserved for Samsung smartphone owners, simply enter the restaurant, find a secret menu and look for an AR code.
We still don’t know what will distinguish these special dishes from the rest of the menu, however Samsung states that a trip to Patty & Bun Sara “More attractive than ever” and that one of the dishes a Pizza Pilgrims will have one “Samsung spin”.
What could it mean? Does one of their cakes have a stylus? Are the dishes stacked with pre-installed redundant dressings? Maybe the slices of pizza will fold like the Samsung Galaxy Fold?
