After Facebook’s Dark Mode started appearing for few, as part of the test. Recently, just like Facebook Dark Mode, a comment thread inspired by (Most likely) Reddit appeared for some users browsing FB normally.
Facebook’s team testing new things on live app is nothing new, especially things which are inspired by Reddit. As reported few months ago, Facebook was testing an upvote and downvote feature in comments, which was very similar or rather say exactly as Reddit’s.
The new comment style is a nested/inline comments thread. Which resembles Reddit’s comments thread but with some minor differences like Profile Picture attached in a reply line.

It is not yet available to everyone, only few are reported to have experienced the new style. Although, it is possible that the new Comment Thread may not see the light for much longer, as the Mark Zuckerberg’s empire has a history of “Testing and abandoning new features”.
Facebook Comment: Better or worse?
The new design so far looks better and eases up the navigation through comments. As the number of replies increases in a comment, it gets harder and harder to navigate and find out who’s talking to whom.
Everyone has a different point of view, it can end up being successful or else Facebook should get ready to experience criticism from users, especially from Reddit’s user.
