Huawei Nova 5

Huawei has recently introduced the new Nova 5 series in China, which among other things brings to debut the new HiSilicon Kirin 810 chipset, made with a 7-nanometer manufacturing process. We then discover the three models, with the related characteristics and sales prices, obviously referring to the Chinese market.

Huawei Nova 5 and Nova 5 Pro

Huawei Nova 5 and  Huawei Nova 5 Pro shares the specifications, with the only differences represented by the chipset and memory cuts. Both have a 40 watt quick charge system, which allows you to get 50% charge in just 15 minutes and 85% in 30 minutes. Here are the complete specifications:

Huawei Nova 5 will be available from July 20 in black, purple and up to 2,799 yuan, about 260 euros

Huawei Nova 5 Pro will be on sale from June 28 in purple, green, orange and black at 2,999 yuan, about 386 euros, in the 8/128 GB version and 3,399 yuan, about 437 euros, in the 8/256 GB version.

Huawei Nova 5i

Unlike the two older brothers, who use a drip notch, Huawei Nova 5i uses a camera inserted in a small hole in the upper left corner. We couldn’t spot any particular novelties in the spec sheet which remains however of good level.

  • 4,000 mAh battery
  • Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.1
  • dimensions of 159.1 x 75.9 x 8.3 mm and weight of 178 grams

Huawei Nova 5i will be available in China from June 28 in black, blue and red at 1,999 yuan, around 257 euros, in the 6/128 GB version and 2,199 yuan, around 283 euros, for the 8/128 GB version.
